Consumer withdrawal
For a service contract concluded at a distance or away from business premises, consumers generally have 14 calendar days starting the day after conclusion to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. Send a clear notice to office@syntheglobe.ltd.
Starting during that period requires an express request. A proportionate charge may apply on withdrawal when the legal conditions are met. Losing the right after complete performance requires the necessary prior agreement and acknowledgement; personalising a service alone is not enough.
Refunds and cancellation
Where a valid withdrawal gives rise to a refund, it is normally made within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless another fee-free method is expressly agreed. Mandatory rules and legally permitted deductions apply.
Business clients and cancellations outside a statutory withdrawal right follow the accepted contract. No blanket no-refund rule replaces statutory rights. For a disputed service, contact us with the quote reference and relevant details.
